Matt Blackburn - Managing Partner/Project Manager/General Foreman -That Matt’s insatiable childhood curiosity about electricity spawned a career in the electrical industry surprised no one. In more than 22 years as a driving force in his trade, Matt has demonstrated a proven ability to manage the development, installation and maintenance of complex electrical systems. In an industry where follow-through is paramount, his focus has been on the quality implementation and timely completion of projects while maintaining a professional working relationship with inspectors, other trades and, of course, his customers. Matt’s electrical experience has involved working within a number of diverse industries, including commercial electrical applications, building systems, telecommunications hubs and computer data centers. Matt founded Lighthouse Electrical Group in 2004.

	As a Project Manager, Matt communicates with his customers on a daily basis.
	As a General Foreman, Matt supervises the local jobsite installation efforts, coordinates schedules, and monitors manpower, productivity, and material flow.

Danny Horton - Group Executive - Danny began his career as an electrician in 1986. With more than 10 years hands-on experience in the field and 12 more years in project management, he has maintained a focused, steady growth in a relentlessly changing industry. While commanding knowledge and experience in many forms of commercial electrical design and installation, Danny has specialized in critical facilities and data centers throughout his career and is recognized by leading industry professionals for his ability to deliver product and services within these intensely demanding environments.

James Kirk - Group Executive - With a diverse background across the journalism, marketing, sales and telecommunications fields, James brings his experience to Lighthouse Electrical as head of the operations group. Having spent the past 14 years in telecommunications, including more than 8 years overseeing the regional operations of a leading collocation provider, James understands the demand for emerging technologies and the importance providing timely products and first-rate customer service within critical environments.

Jeff Barker - Head Estimator - Jeff’s 17-plus years in the electrical industry have enabled him to manage projects of quality that far exceed industry standard. His broad experience includes everything from estimating to project management and managing manpower – all while completing jobs on-time and within budget.

Jason Pecotte - Project Manager - With more than a dozen years working at all levels of the electrical contracting industry, Jason has serviced everything from small businesses in Washington state to complex projects at several major Las Vegas casinos. He has managed key projects for several of Lighthouse Electrical Group’s customers in the Seattle marketplace as General and Lead Foreman. His methodical approach to managing projects has eared him a reputation as being customer-focused and results-driven.

Cathy Smith - Project Engineer -With over 20 years experience in office management and over 10 years experience on both Government construction projects and electrical contractor projects up to $55M, Cathy has worked with a variety of contractors, engineers, vendors, and industrial customers.  She has experience with estimating, material quotes and purchasing, tracking projects, billing, accounts payable and receivable, plan/drawing take-offs, AutoCAD, RFI logs, change orders, submittal and O&M manuals, safety, and more.

Jim Stewart - General Foreman -Jimmy has over 15 years in the telecommunications industry. In this time, he has demonstrated a wide-ranging knowledge in the installation of Cat3, Cat5, and Cat6 voice and data systems. His background in single-mode and multi-mode fiber optics, and both broadband and wireless CCTV systems, including re-radiating systems, is noteworthy. His customers span multiple industries, including colocation data centers, building management companies and dotcoms. He has the ability to supervise the timely completion of projects while staying current with emerging standards and technologies.
